Team Administration Related Club Fines
| Regional Team withdrawn between February 28th and March 30th | Forfeit team entry fee |
| Regional Team withdrawn between April 1st and April 30th | Forfeit team entry fee + Fine equal to team fee |
| Regional Team withdrawn on or after May 1st | Forfeit team entry fee + $1000 fine |
| District and Development team withdrawal after posted deadline and before May 1st | Forfeit team entry fee |
| District and Development team withdrawal May 1st and later (teams withdrawing to take a Regional spot will not be fined) | Forfeit team entry fee + Fine equal to team fee |
| Failure of Club to attend Administrators Pre-Season meeting | $100.00 |

Game Administration Related Team Fines

| Failure of a Youth Team Head Coach to produce valid ID for players and coaches and Team Roster Report before kick-off | $50.00 |
| Failure of a Development Team Head Coach to produce the Team Roster Report before kick-off | $50.00 |
| Team playing a player who has not presented valid ID before the start of the second half, per occurrence, per game | $50.00 |
| Failure to indicate a jersey number for a player on the game sheet | $25.00 |
