Team Administration Related Club Fines

| Regional Team withdrawn on or after April 16th | $1500 fine |
| District and Development team withdrawal after posted deadline and before April 15th | Forfeit team entry fee |
| District and Development team withdrawal April 16th and to when scheduling has started | Forfeit team entry fee + Fine equal to team fee |
| District and Development team withdrawal once scheduling has started | $1000 |
| Failure of Club to attend Administrators Pre-Season meeting | $100.00 |

Game Administration Related Team Fines

| Team playing a player who has not presented valid ID before the start of the second half, per occurrence, per game | $50.00 |
