Roster forms are completed by a coach or team administrator and are used to collect information about the player for the efficient and cost-effective operation of the EOSL.
Automatic logging files are used to track server and webpage usage, as well as additional information such as browser type. This information is collected automatically when a user accesses the EOSL website.
Information related to a player, but not entered by them, such as goals scored, shutouts, and disciplinary issues, is collected by coaches, team administrators and referees through online game and referee reports as part of the EOSL league management system. This information is required to operate the EOSL.
The EOSL website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that the web server used by the EOSL places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable the EOSL to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies have an expiration date. Our cookies do collect personally identifiable information for the strict purpose of identifying you and your settings as a logged-in user.

A player’s name and team are published on the EOSL website in a public forum to indicate goals scored, shutouts and discipline.
Any player over 18 years of age may request that his or her name be withheld from public view by writing to the EOSL and requesting such action. All requests must be signed by the individual.

The EOSL asks the registered user to verify the accuracy of the entered information by providing a confirmation page before the data is posted to the database.
Users may access their personal information by viewing their profile online and contacting the EOSL about any inaccuracies they find. In some instances, they may correct the information.

The EOSL website uses a league management system provided by E2E Soccer. As such, information is stored and transmitted by servers owned by E2E Soccer. E2E Soccer is solely an agent of storage, transmission and processing of the EODSA League’s database information. They will not sell, share, or otherwise disclose any information from the EOSL database except to third parties specified by the EOSL in the policies listed above.
EOSL protects user information by storing it on firewall-protected servers with secure databases.
